Default D Troop 3 Cdo?

Comment appreciated...came from an old Highland collection, to be fair, there were several types, most much more neatly embroidered than this, I was given this one which is a bit 'tired'. When first shown an image I was MOST skeptical but having seen the others I'm minded to say it's ok.

Never made in those colours although numerous sources content it was - sometimes passed off as Commando Depot, rather than 3 Cdo D Troop - not so ... Please get your money back if you have paid for it - totally spurious I am sorry to say. I keep a version in my junk box, and agree the fine thread can deceive - but emphatically repeat NO, NO, NO ... seen so many of these.
Hope this helps
Mike

Default I bow to superior judgement

Thanks gents, I was offered it as a gift but declined as too generous if original...anyhow it was too good to be true, the feeling in my water was initially correct...the BBF is great for putting you right without the insults and hints of stupidity on many forums I could mention...THANKS
