Default Dating FIRMIN & SONS LONDON

Can anyone help date this particular variant of this FIRMIN & SONS makers stamp -slightly curved above LONDON. ? The badge is a 2nd Gurkha Rifles badge which didn't change in design for over 80 years .

it might be worth adding this example to the makers marks galleries. The only similar example shown with firmin & sons seems to be early.

That mark should already be in the database, it was though I don't see it now.
I have it on the slider of a Kings Crown Army Apprentice School cap badge.

I'm happy for the photo to be added to the gallery - not sure how to do it though. It looks like its pre 1952 then?

Another RA beret size badge although not properly voided and possibly a manufacturers error.

Same question Leigh. I collect anything AAS and I have never seen any cap badge with a FIRMIN mark. the KC badges did have a curved and straight GAUNT mark.

Firmin marked were often on a cartouche but the lettering was horizontal.
