Default Beret Officer Queens Lancashire Reg.

Can anyone confirm these items ie. the beret and the bullion cap badge are correct for each other.
The beret is Blue/ Black in colour.
Any help appreciated Tony.

Tony,
I have a note that the beret badge was the last pattern worn only in 2005-6 prior to amalgamation into the Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment.

Tim

PS Incorrect. See my later post.

The Alex Baker set of water colour postcards on the QLR shows this badge as being in wear in 1991-92, would the version of the bullion badge worn during the last few years of the regiment's existence have had the crown as part of the design?
(Or is there a hard to spot crown on the badge in the illustration?)

From "The Regiment" issue 48 showing a bullion badge being worn in 2000. Again I can't be sure, is there a crown above the rose?
