17/21 Officers cap Motto

17/21 Officers cap Motto

I have this peaked cap. The holes for the Motto are 1 3/4" apart. None of my Mottos, either officer or ORs have lugs that far apart. Do any of you have ones with lugs that wide? I think Glamorgan Yeomanry had a similar uniform to the 17th, could it be a cap for them?
