Unfortunately the original listing is gone , so I can't see the badge but I haven't seen a nursing badge with those initials and there is no mention on this site :

I'd rule out the Civil Nursing Reserve Volunteer as they had their own badge and think it could possibly have been for one of the many British railway companies ?

Mike, That is one awesome site you gave the link to. After today's Jan 6th Hearings I will have to really pour through it. Just a quick glance has already helped me better understand some of the badges I have and have seen!
