Default The Rangers KRRC Officers

Officers badge Gaunt made and marked Sterling but with no hallmarks. Measures 36mm x 46mm. Long lugs at 14mm. In that overall size range and with the lugs am leaning toward a cap badge.

In reading recently that Rifle units were not color carrying units (news to me) and that campaign/battle credits were displayed by some on their badge better explains the KRRC design content.
Best Jack.

Thanks, Andy, Dave and Roy for the look in and poitive comments. Still sorting through the past years finds and buys, hope to post a few more that might interest.

Sorting the wheat from the chaf and trying to weed out the obvious duffers when possible. Am finding the individual member Albums quite helpful. Handling good badges is still the best but here in the US it is not that easy.

Best Jack

Ive recently added one of these to my collection. Marked JRGS and Sterling, marks on the east and west arms. Slider fitting.

If you read the paragraph in K&K it says found "in Hallmarked silver" and nothing else.
Im sure there was a Hallmarked one that sold on E..y around 12 months ago.
