You don't have to respond to this thread in print if you don't feel like it but you should see what Lynn 841 and FGH 38 has on auction on ebay. Ray

Hi Ray, The badge in lynn941 is okay from what I can see. I would like to examine an image of the reverse. The badge from fgh38 looks good as well. Actually, a nice looking officer's bage.

Hi Ray, In the address bar at the top of a internet browser, right click and it should highlight in blue. A small memu pops up as well, and click on COPY. Then, in the message box here, there is a little icon that looks like a globe with a link of chain. Click on it, and a box pops up. Put your cursor in the address line in that box (the http\: should be highlighted in blue already), click while in the address box and another dialogue box comes up with PASTE in it. Click on paste and the url you copied first should be pasted in the box. Go okay and you should see it in the message that you are writing. http://www.britishbadgeforum.com/for...ead.php?t=3253

Looks like Lynn941 is trying to set new benchmarks for badge prices with her start bid on half those badges.

Lynn has quite a lot of stuff. did you check her whole list. Fgh usually has some good stuff , some nice slip-ons. No back side shown on any of Lynn's items which is a must now. I'll have to try that method of recovering url's Ray

Lynn941 is a chap. Ex long-service RCE Regular Force and a decent, honest man.

Glaswegian, & Greg are correct, Lynn is a fine gentleman with an upstanding & substantial collection. No worries with dealing with him. I also know FGH38 very well, and besides some of that cloth he had listed a while back he's good to deal with as well.

remember the second picture is a furthure cost to the vendor by ebay but will normally be quickly supplied if requested just ask. AS for prices most collectors are using those long out of date charletons and other guides it is 2008 folks the CEF stuff is almost centenial and even the service corps and ordnance badges are not showing up much any more so it is now supply and demand and the demand is vastly outstripping the supply so IMO be prepared for much higher prices very soon
