My Canadian Cloth

How's that for a dull thread title? Actually, I'm not trying to start a thread here, more to give notice that I want to put up posts under relevant section headings to show some of my collection and generate comments and discussions.

During the 1990s I put together a small-ish collection of Canadian cloth items, mainly WW2 (at least I hope they are!). Ironically, the most authentic and interesting items were ones I found here in Australia, especially from a single unknown source that came into the hands of a dealer friend of mine (who alas is no longer trading), many of which I bought.

Since joining the BBF in June I've been staggered by the amount of knowledge and expertise out there, and none more so than among Canadian collectors. So I hope you'll bear with me (no pun intended ) if bit-by-bit I put up a bunch of posts scattered throughout the Canadian badge sections; I welcome any and all responses, not just about the items' authenticity or otherwise, but anything relevant that you may want to run with.
