Default QRR opinions and info please

I bought this badge many years ago at Pudsey when I lived in Sheffield. I know little about the regiment other than that it was formed in the '60s when some of the remaining London Regiment battalions were down to company strength. My uncle did serve with them in the '60s and left in '67 when it all went to TAVRs etc. Sadly a stroke makes it difficult for him to speak and remember those days. The badge I have is a good solid cast and is marked JR Gaunt London. I'm guessing that this mark would be appropriate for a badge of this age? Also there is a good space between the JR Gaunt and the London. So over to your guys and I await your sage thoughts.
Matti

The mark is correct for a 1960's badge. They were faked with the Gaunt B'ham mark from identical (if not the same) dies.

Thank you Alan, that was really quick. I shall keep that badge and pop it into my 'Bits and Bobs' album. Anymore info about other badges they wore?
