Default 20th London Regiment cloth badge
The Kent white horse and 20 L definitely indicate the 20th Londons but what was the badge used for?

It measures 4 inches by 3 inches (11cm by 8cm) and is well made.

A bit large for a pagri, a little too unfussy for a blazer badge. Possibly a sports badge?
