Default Help with armbands please

Hi folks

Got these armbands quite cheaply recently which were described as cadets armbands. Had my doubts.
They are obviously self explanatory but any idea who wore them and when.
They are black printed on linen with elasticated strips on the back.
Apologies for not downloading them together for some reason my iPad doesn't let me.

I would think that they were used by those organising and officiating at a Shooting (Small Arms) Competition.
