Default The Cavalry Journal - 1924

Hi All

I spotted and won this on eBay:-

The Cavalry Journal - July, 1924
"This journal has paper covers and is in good condition, albeit with a large nick to the top of the spine. It contains a range of articles and photographs pertaining to the cavalry; cavalry regiments, tactics, etc.

This edition contains articles on; The 8th King's Royal Irish Hussars ; Cavalry Badges ; Thoughts on Mechanisation ; Sam Browne ; Memoris of 3rd Hussars ; and more."

Hopefully it will have some good images that I can put into an album like Rob Miller has done with the Gaunt catalgue

I am looking forward to receiving it ...... it should postivley identify badges used post 1918....hopefully?

It turned out to be a 1939 issue, and just a load of waffle about the origins of badges in the Cavalry
