Two unknow badges

Hello I am new and this is my first post so if anyone can tell me what these beasts are I'd be very happy. A friend suspects one of being a Spanish soviet officer's badge and the other a Portugeuse Communist Party Badge. Here they are:

First one is from Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic, but as to what it is I don't know. Second looks like a tennis sports pin.

I'd suggest that the second is from the 1980 Moscow Olympics from the design on the left. Agree with pin No.1
