The two NZ badges are genuine WW1 period sweetheart badges.

I don't think the NR badge is NZ, maybe South African - Natal Rifles.

The North Auckland badge is a conversion from a regulation badge to sweat heart badge.
The other badge is a jeweller made sweath heart badge.
