Default Ww1 sweatheart badge i think ?

I have found this badge in my collection and I think it's a blue enamelled badge from the first world war or shortly before . I haven't a clue on the Regiment . Any thoughts ?

The only thing that I recognise are the 3 wheatsheafs on the shield which suggest a connection with Cheshire, but other than that, no idea.

I googled the "Utmost and Highest" motto and found that it seems to relate to a "Senior Grand Lodge of Cheshire".

To me the name suggests that you have a Masonic item, but I was not able to get any further with the link I found. Maybe it is my computer?

I will post the result below, in case you have better luck.
