Default Colonel-in-Chief The Intelligence Corps

I had the honour of being presented to HRH on his visit to our Group HQ in BAOR in 1983. I am second from the right. HRH is asking about the material displayed including marked maps and artwork from ‘Threat’ Magazine which old BAOR hands may remember.

RIP Sir.

Tim

The world will be a duller place without you, a man ahead of his time.

RIP Sir

Prince Philip was highly respected in New Zealand.
Here is a shot of him speaking with my parents and daughter at Gisborne wharf.

In 1968, while serving in the Royal Australian Signals, I was the first allocated driver for HRH Prince Philip upon his visit to Australia.

Rest in peace Sir.
