Hello Peter,
I remember seeing this fellow on your own website some time ago now, he very clearly has issues!
Regards Frank

I was also sent photos of him wearing a Bronze Cross of Rhodesia (BCR)(Army), a Rhodesian General Service Medal and a South Atlantic Medal whilst attending a Remembrance Day parade. I knew he hadn't been awarded a BCR so I knew he was a Walter.
Very difficult trying to find out a persons real name and who they are when you live in another country and they use false names, so the RM who approached me by email was the person who actually made it all happen.

PS: What's wrong with the Brit para uniform?

BTW these photos were printed in numerous English papers including The Sun and he was apparently exposed on TV after the info was supplied to The Sun.

Sorry I'm not clear - is this the same bloke I'm on about? The one in picture in the opening post?

It's been made known to me that the guy in the OP was pictured at Winsford, Cheshire.

The fourth medal on the subject of the original post is the Queen's Golden Jubilee, there fore to legitimately wear it; who had completed five years service and was serving on 6 February 2002, the 50th anniversary of the Queen’s Accession.

To legitimately wear the Oman medals he must have served (Seconded or private contract) in the SAF.

Marc,
That's the medal that is casting doubt with me! I thought perhaps service in a non-military uniformed service was a possibility!

Cadet Force instructor is a (long-shot) possibility or its a 'self-award'

They seem to have missed out the still serving bit.

Queens Jubilee Medal is worn by a number of civilian services. A friend of mine has one as a Paramedic.
