Default 21 Regt RE or just 7 HQ Sqn RE?

Does anyone know if this was worn by 21 Regt RE or just 7 HQ Sqn RE?

I only have the 1995 version as being worn by members of 7 HQ Squadron in 21 Engineer Regt. Not found any unit association for this version.

I do not have a Regimental badge, only the Squadrons.

Are you sure these were (or are) worn, as they were replaced by the RE TRF well before MTP came in?
