The Royal Welsh Fusiliers is an anodised alluminium Other Ranks beret badge.

The 'feathers/plumes' I believe is an officers bullion beret badge for the Royal Regiment of Wales (RRW).

The collar is also Welsh, unsure whom at the moment.

The collar is white metal, not staybrite if that helps.
Cheers

John

The collar badge looks like the right proportions for Welsh Brigade.
