Good topic... because of the blurry photo I just went right on by without giving this a second glance.... I don't think it's 1953 vintage... I would peg it for a 1931 collar badge... however the measurements given in the listing don't add up to a collar... 1 7/8 inch vs 1 3/8 inch so maybe it's neither fish nor fowl... first thing is to recheck the actual measurements... Jim

Only one small problem here. The PEI HIGHLANDERS were amalgamated with the PEILH in 1946.
That appears to be a PEI Highrs collar badge, but the measurements are way off.
