Question on Wings and Brevet of the ADF
Hello. I'm a new member and collector of Aircrew Wings, Brevet and badges of Britain, Australia and New Zealand.
Searching for answers, as i have been for sometime on the following questions relating to british aircrew. RAAF When were the brevets for Air Electronics Analyst (AE), Loadmaster (L), Navigator (N), Fighter Controller (FC), Flight Steward (FS), Fight Technician (FT), Crew Technical (CT), Air Signaller (S), Pilot (with Tudor Crown, Wireless Operator/Air Gunner (AG), Air Bomber (B), Observer (O) and Flight Engineer (E) introduced When did the brevets for Flight Technician (FT), Gunner (G), Crew Technical (CT), Air Signaller (S), Air Gunner (AG), Air Bomber (B), Observer (O) crease to be awarded? or are some still current Army What year were the following W+B introduced: AOP Pilot, the current royal crest style of Pilot wings, Loadmaster, Observer, Technician, Flight Test Engineer What year were the following creased : AOP Pilot, Aircrewman Technician Flight Test Engineer?
