National Volunteer Reserve Brigade/Battalion badge
Hi
Here is the National Volunteer Reserve Brigade/Battalion still trying to find out which badge, seldom seen would class it as scarce. As Steven said many of the volunteers would have worn the SA General Service cap and collars. Brian Last edited by Brian Conyngham; 05-05-21 at 08:38 AM. |

Brian,
The badge you show is a Cap and Helmet badge. This is the National Volunteer Brigade. They had shoulder titles NVB and a helmet flash (Orange vertical chevron point up on a dark blue rectangle). This was a different unit to the National Reserve of Volunteers (NRV) Steven |
