Definitely NOT a uniform badge. Looks to be small going by the bullion. Possibly the sort of thing ladies would buy to frame?

Hi here is another photo showing a £2 coin for comparison and also the holes around the edge! could this be for a Ex-servicewoman in perhaps R.A.F.A. as I have never seen one of these before am clutching at straws! could you guess? it is a nice badge and different cheers for the help
