Can anyone tell me if these blue buttons were only used on red cross caps? If so I expect I'm unlikely to find one. I've had a cap needing a button for 15-20 years and always assumed I had little chance of obtaining a correct button- but the ebay cap prompted me to ask. Regards, Paul.
