I would certainly hope so. If a member is more comfortable in French, I see no reason at all the explanation can not be given in his native language. I work with 2 polish lads, one is a very very good tech but his English is very poor. If he is trying to explain something to me and the words elude him, he speaks in Polish and the other lad translates. This has been working fine for the time I have been there. I am the relative newbie there as I have only been there 13 months, I still have trouble finding things in the Service Manuals.

Brooched 1CPB
I have an officers cap badge to the 1CPB. It has had the lugs or screw posts carefully removed, and a brooch pin replacement. The job is professionally done. It is an authentic piece,maker/marked "Scully". I have checked it against the examples pictured in"Into The Maelstrom" and I am satisfied that it is the real deal. Should this change its value?

brooch fasteners.
Hi Bill,
I have a number of items that are authentic with brooch fasteners. My officers collars that are in the book "Into the Maelstrom" might be a good match to your cap badge. Dwayne |
