Default fleur de llys arm badge

I am sure I remember seeing this patch before and possibly related to the RWF but I really can't remember or find it from a search.

Construction looks WWII or later?

any help is greatly appreciated and maybe it is not welsh at all, but it would be good to know

I think it is an ACF badge from memory.
