WHAT IS THIS CANADIAN SCOTTISH/GREEK BADGE?

This is an early cadet badge from the St Andrews College Corps. Sorry I can't tell you much more than that.

Hello bc, according to one source this badge started to be worn c.1910 and,I would estimate to the late 50's. Also, the badge could have been made of brass.See the link included.
