Default Officer Candidate Badges

This does not pertain to the above badges but may be of interest regarding officer cadets in Borden. (Refers to the Officer Candidate thread, this was moved to a new thread as a new topic. Bill A)

We wore two types of cap badges in borden. For Phase 1 it was the GS cap badge consisting of the Canadian coat of arms. (Can't find mine right now)

For the Infantry School Phase, we wore the crossed swords and three leaf badge of the Canadian Army. This was in 1963. Many were anodized privately.

For the final parade upon receiving our Commissions, we wore the individual cap badges of the respective regiments we were being posted to. (If I remember correctly)
