Royal Scots Collar Tabs?

Hello all, my first time on a forum so this is all pretty new to me, don't even know if i doing all this right anyway can anyone give me any information on these Royal Scots collar tabs, WW1? rare? value? how long and what period were they used? any info would be greatly appreciated. They are silk?, and have been worn and are in fairly good condition. I know very little about this area as my specialty is French Foreign Legion and French colonial insignia. thanks
