Help please ! colonial british belt buckle Madagascar

Hi everyone ,
I'm a seller in South of France , I found this belt buckle in auction , but after hours and hours of search , I can't found anything on this probably Victorian belt-buckle , made for Madagascar , maybe around 1890 .
Ravalona was the queen of Madagascar , and before it becomes a french colony , i think british army was on the spot .

If anyone has any information on this belt buckle ,it would be very nice to share.
