Default US tanks badges sweethearts and pins?

Hi, as mentioned in previous threads, I had a bit of a tank fest on Friday and among them was this US parcel. So of course lots of queries. Can the sweetheart badges be dated? I assume the bracelet is WW2. Is the tank pin for wear to show a relation serving in the tanks? What is the significance of the 1776/1917, I assume collar badge? and last but not least , what is the Lee tank badge? I have a similar constructed badge for a French unit in N. Africa, though that had four bend over tangs for attachment to the beret. Could this be for US tankers in N. Africa or could it be for French forces? thanks in advance and sorry for so many questions, best wishes Mike
