Default Northumberland Fusiliers slider

Is the slider on this Northumberland Fusiliers a good one? It's looks a little modern, although the badge looks good. I think it's the original slider as it's fitted well
Your thoughts and help are greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Chris

A photo of the obverse would certainly help. But going without, it appears to be a genuine badge that had the lugs on the flames removed and a replacement slider added.

Hi CB
Thank you for your reply.
I'm happy with the badge itself, just the slider.
I see what you mean regarding loops being on the badge. I thought at first this was just a build up of crud over the years, but the other side has remenets of something as well. I do have a east /west looped babge in my collection, which I don't think is a very common badge.
The slider looks to be an original fit though, intriguing.
Here's a picture of the front.
It's not in my possession by the way, I like it because it's a different die to the rest of my NF's.
Cheers
Chris

Hmm!
Cancel my last, I've just seen the sellers other items, all fake Cr*p.
So I don't want to put money in his pocket!
Sorry to have waisted people's time.
