Default Never too late ????

I have been searching for a Warrant Officers warrant to the Kings Liverpools for many years and finally after coming to the decision to sell a large part of my collection I found a warrant to a Kings Bandmaster and At what I thought a very reasonable price so had to buy it.

Peter,
Great find. Here is Howard Desmond HEMSLEY in a monthly Army List as Bandmaster of the 2nd Battalion King’s Liverpool Regiment.

Very nice, not the sort of thing you would expect to see thrown away and yet, I should imagine a great many have been and are therefore lost for ever, Howard Hemsley went into the bag as a guest of the Kaiser in 1914.

More info sent to you via email Peter, rather than clog up the thread with semi-repetetive detail.
