The Halifax Rifles (23 ARMD Regt) Canada Shoulder Title

Hi all, I think this is one for Bill. I picked up this shoulder title while working in the Okanagan (and dodging avalanches!). It was pretty slim pickings as I was focused on work not pleasure but found this shoulder title interesting. I assume this is from the 1960's but not sure, hence this post. Any thoughts?

Looks like a title for the garrison dress we had in the late 80s. If you want to part with it, please let me know. I'm trying to put together the Armoured Corps shoulder titles from that era.

Hi John, The Halifax Rifles were not a reserve regiment from 1965 until a couple of years ago. They were represented by a cadet corps.
