Default Naval belt buckle, british?

Hi guys,
hope this fits here...
Found this belt on a trip last week, and was wondering, what is it?
Have one similar to the Natal Naval Volunteers, but this badge doesn't have the NNV on it. Is this buckle perhaps british, or should it be moved to the S.A. section.
Many Thanks,
Emties.

Smile Belt buckle

This looks like a Royal Navy Officers belt buckle with a kings crown worn 1902-1952.
