Are those wings even pre-1945 vintage? I don't think so.

On the Forum, vendors are often trampled all over for offering suspect material. Here is a case of buyers not doing their homework. The 'wanna be' factor is still working strong.

Looks suspiciously too new to me. I see the sale has ended now at $811. Some sucker taken to the cleaners!.

The shoulder titles don't look right, the yellow slip on's look way too new, the Pegasus horse looks strange

Hi Brent, I am not sure it makes any difference. There seems to be a bottomless pit of "I wanna believe it" buyers out there. Too many are too easily parted with their dollars. They just don't do their research.

The seller does offer a 14 day money back guarantee, so to give him the benefit of the doubt, perhaps the buyer doesn’t even realize it himself.

Years ago you could contact the buyer, if you looked at the other bidders their handles were available, and you could inform them, but ebay has long since blocked that.

Incredible.

What I find peculiar is that whoever originally purchased this BD has left positive feedback for this purchase. However the new seller has a different user name than the original buyer... He possibly has several user names? Same pictures are being used as well, perhaps a little eBay game playing going on.

Thanks for the link Brent.

Now listed for approx $935 US. And it moved very quickly from the US to France.
It does smell as far as using the same images.
