Default Eagle in Wreath Badge

Hi, can anyone help with an ID for this badge? Google can barely scrape its way past WW2 Luftwaffe if I put in 'Eagle in Wreath Badge' and, it turns out, almost every air force/air corps in the world features an eagle in a wreath somewhere. Any help much appreciated, and if it doesn't fulfill any of my collecting interests, I will be moving it on. 29mm(H) x 40mm(w) Approx. Mike

Wow! Many thanks Dave and Mike for superfast ID! Now I have a country I can do some research of my own. It would appear it was also worn by Portuguese paras. I will definitely be moving it on as I made the decision long ago not to collect to overseas air forces. Now...will it be worth more as an air force badge or special forces badge? Answers on a postcard..... Many thanks again, Mike (links to a couple of sites which show it as paras).

Now that mojob123 has the answer to his question and trying my hardest, I cannot seem to find how to change title, I’m asking if any member has a clue as to what these badges are. Once I find a definitive answer, they will be available to members on a trade basis. I’m looking for RA or RCA shoulder titles. I traded the shield shaped cloth with an exchange Officer doing his language course at CFB Borden. I seem to remember he was from Yugoslavia, (or what it became) at that time.
