Believe it or not Bill, that badge has been floating around for a while. I saw one for sale in Burlington at the monthly CSMMI show, albeit it was marked as a copy......... It looks awful!

The style of weave and the large 'pearls' on the crown, screams Pakistan/Indian manufacture. First time I've seen a pure fantasy piece though.
