Brass 2/2 Titles - Any Ideas ????

Another item picked up last week - a pair of matched titles ? brass, two lug fittings - I thought that they might perhaps be Royal Artillery Pagri badges (worn on a red/blue diamond) but really have no idea ! Any ideas welcome - they will be up for disposal once I know what they are.
