The RGR wore their backing on berets in Bosnia, back in early 2000s, when they were reinforcing the Royal Scots as part of SFOR. I am trying the recreate this, which isn't hard to do but it's just that I'm now not sure how to put all of the beret together. I'd better learn soon though as I've got my army cadets beret coming soon!

The company that reinforced the PWRR wore the blue yellow blue PWRR backing behind their badge. If i recall correctly they wore the khaki beret rather than the rifle green one. Im sure this has been brought up previously .

That's interesting - I'm surprised RGR would give up their rifles green berets for khaki ones.

The lugs are quite wide ... 2.3cm. Is that a fit? Thanks

There are images of Gurkha Soldiers attached to the PWRR wearing the Khaki beret PWRR badge and PWRR backing.

I think I saw the ones you're talking about. I was quite confused at first when I saw them with the PWRR cap badge.
