Default PTF MFG Co Ltd - On War Service Badge

Hi All,

I picked up a badge like this today because of the "on war service" element. Can anyone tell me what I have?

Who is PTF manufacturing and would this be WW1 or WW2?

Thanks a lot,

Michael

Yes, the lamb is from the Arms of the Borough of Preston. The badge looks like it is chrome plated which would suggest use during the 2ndWW.

Dave.
