Default Chromed "Derbyshire Yeomanry Cap badge

...no idea why its in chrome if anyone can add info regarding this it would be appreciated.

....RAC thing in WW2 into the 1950s I think. WW2 Infantry Regiments that were converted to Armour also chromed their badges.

Here is a late 1950s chromed LDYPAO cap badge


Here is a 1950s chromed Leics PAO Yeo cap badge.
