Default Royal Fusiliers Shoulder Titles.

Opinions on these please?
What may appear to be black paint on the backs of the grenades isn't, it's dark toning and short lengths of hair like fibres.

The "RF"s seem thin.

Chemically darkened fakes?

All look fine to me. I would certainly clean them up though.

Thanks, the thickness of the metal of grenades and letters just seemed a little thinner than usual to me, overall they just seemed a little more delicate than the norm.
I don't know why there's an accumulation of very short fibres of of a light coloured hair or fibreglass appearance on the backs.
I'm not usually one for cleaning badges but I think I'll take your advice on this one.
