Default Quite a surprise! SAS Who Dares Wins!

I was given a pile of books and Mars & Minervas by the widow of an old friend of mine. Some where nice and went straight into my bookshelves. However I didn't even look at this book as it's one everyone has already. It is to be fair a 1st Edition. It has sat on a pile I was going to give to charity. I finally bagged them to take in and thought I'd have a quick flick first incase it was damaged.
Well I didn't expect to see this.

It always pays to have a quick look. I have found books signed by the author and I have two copies of a Great War VC recipient's biography signed by the subject.

Instead of just giving it to charity or trashing it, just give it to me! I won't mind if it's been written in!!!!

Seriously, a real treasure you have here!!! I have my copy of Band of Brothers with several sigs, and also a book on the 29th Division (The Bradford Boys) about Omaha Beach and also the Division history.

Very nice — a time capsule of those who served. I have a side collection of autographed WW2 books, and it never fails to bring a smile to my face when I pull one off the shelf to read, and see their signatures. Well done!

Best regards,
Donovan

Does anyone have any idea of what these 27 SAS autographs would be worth? Any collectors interested? A few are still easily had, but most are sadly dead.

David Stirling, George Jellico, Pete Scholey, John McAleese, Jim Almonds, Roy Close, John Slim, John Coleman, Tom Moore, Richard Lea, Len Owens, Pringle Gibb,

Pete Winner, Rusty Firmin, Peter Radcliffe, Tim Collins and a few I don't know.

There has been some interest in this, Thank you all. However as I have no idea of how to price this up I've stuck it on Ebay on auction and it either goes or it doesn't.
