Default ADT badge, where was it worn

Came across this badge on ebay. Looks genuine but wondered where it would be worn!

An unofficial 'morale' badge usually Velcro backed for easy removal! Worn on equipment, body armour and sometimes helmets and floppy hats. There are many variations but the one shown has an incorrect Royal Engineer background.

Can be worn anywhere Alcohol is found by RE's. Colour mistake is because of afore mentioned Alcohol having been consumed by said Sappers...
