Default Pic's for Tigerlily!

Thought I had this example somewhere, life is full of surprises, things are only seldom where you thought you had actually put them, never mind, one day I'll get some sort of order here.
One hundred years old this year and an antique in the actual sense of the word.

I haven't shown him yet, I have just arranged to buy a few spares from him including a nice 2 & 3 Volunteer Bn OR badge, so I'll show him when I catch up with him.
Thought that might float your boat. Yes I'll have to try and capture it's partner. I hate having single collars.

Nice OSD Collar, Problem with collars they are almost impossible to match due to colour/tone variations and slight design variation in OSD's

I aim to have a matched pair, but can live with a mis-matched pair as above if that is all I can find for now.

Alison I have to smile at the idea of matching the collar.
The fabled 'Cap Badge John' of Nottingham once showed me 19 different OSDs to the Leicesters...none of which he could match...
Good luck

I know I have some really nice but not quite matched gilt Middlesex officers collars.
However I'm very tenacious you know, when I want something badly enough

I am afraid! Very afraid!
Col F Burn of the RNF showed me all the badges and buttons he was issued and wore and interestingly some did not match

No need to be afraid, unless we're both after the same collar. In which case your ass is grass

Mismatched buttons? I couldn't live with that.

Horrible. Mismatched things, that's the sort of thing that niggles away at me. Just thinking about those Middlesex collars now. Thanks a lot!

I am glad that you are now thinking about them. They were feeling neglected under the focus being paid to the Tyneside Scottish.
