Default MRL4 AND GULF NET (LCN)

RN operators primarily manning MRL4 and Gulf Net (LCN)
Does any one know what MRL4 and Gulf Net (LCN) mean.
Gulf Net is a radio net but MRL4 perhaps is a Naval radio. Can you please confirm.

Found a couple of bits of info that may be relevent.

Maritime Rear Link (MRL). - A link between selected ships (usually "Command Afloat") and shore, supporting message flow in both directions.

LCN (local command net)
