Default Unknown shoulder title found in South Africa

I found this title in South Africa in a little junk shop 15 years ago along with some very nice Boer War era titles. I have no idea at all what it is. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much indeed. Like I said I found it near Simonstown with a lot of other pieces including some of the short Boer War British titles - RI, WF, MF. And some other South African bits. Is the title an easy one to find or was I lucky? ( I know next to nothing about SA pieces)

Thanks again
J

Hi, It isn't impossible to get, but not common. It's predecessor, 2nd Railways and Harbour Rifles is extremely rare. Regards Andrew
