Default Arrived today

Hi All
A serious jiffy-bag dance today with the arrival of an RNAS Officer's Cap Badge. One I got for a song so extra chuffed as I thought I would never acquire one of these!
Cheers,
Alex

Yes I saw that one for sale and you got it at a good price. He had another at the same price if I remember correctly, but that was a made up badge and not a period one like this.

I already have one that I got a few years ago. It came with a BWM to a pilot observation officer. Got it for a absolute steal.

This is the first of this type cap badge that I have seen up close or truly looked at in any detail. It has a decidedly different wreath design, not to mention the center device. The wreath appears distinct from say an RN or RAF wreath for that matter at least to my eyes. Very distinct. Thanks for posting
