But why would the WRNR have a T above their shoulder titles?. I am assuming the T stands for Territorial which doesn't make sense.

Westlake #1827..... The National Reserve was formed in 1910 as the Veteran Reserve being redesignated by 1913. Westlake only notes three titles , 3 NR Devon, NR Sussex and T WRNR (West Riding).

I have now learned the National Reserve was originally raised in 1910 as the Veterans Reserve, a part of the TF Reserve which in 1911 became the National Reserve. Despite the TF connection I still think the ST in the opening post has had the T added as an embelishment. The T is off-centre and a complete mis- match with the WRNR part.
